Greetings Deputies, Potentates, Commandresses, Nobles, Daughters, and Friends,
This is a time that Nobles, Daughters and Friends can work together. We are asking everyone to
support the ERMBC “Grown Folks Cruise” fundraiser and giveaway. Here, we will raffle a cruise
for two (double-occupancy cabin) with a value of $700.00. A portion of the proceeds will benefit
one or more of our charitable organizations: Domestic Violence Center, Dress for Success
Center, Hospice, and Imperial Youth Initiatives.
Each of the nine regions are asked to sell tickets @ $20.00 per ticket. We will have printed tickets
and electronic tickets. Dt. Lorraine James will handle the electronic tickets. Dt. Audrey McCray
and Dt. Sarita Britt will be distributing the paper tickets to the Regions. Tickets can be purchased
with Cash APP, PayPal or Zelle. Once payment is received, you will receive a ticket. The
deadline for ticket sales will be July 15, 2021 and the drawing will be on July 24, 2021. After the
drawing the winner will be immediately notified as to how the process of obtaining your cruise
documents. Cruise reservations for the winners must be made by August 6, 2021. If for some
unfortunate reason the cruise is rescheduled, the winner can have it roll over to the next year or
they can receive the value of the cruise as stated above.
