Purvis, Mississippi, A New Beginning
– Illustrious Potentate Eric Stanton
Henry A.M. Coffiel, the Deputy of the Mississippi, and Fred Nelson Jr., the Imperial State Organizer, identified Purvis, Mississippi as a great area for the nobility to settle. Blue Lodges in the surrounding area were studied for possible construction of a temple in Purvis, MS. After collecting and analyzing all of the information, we had no doubt that Purvis, MS would be the ideal location for our new temple.
Al-Mizan Temple No. 269 seeks to assist the nobility by being transparent. We at Al-Mizan Temple No. 269 are excited to play a part in improving the City of Purvis, Mississippi through our charitable works. We aim for equality and harmony in everything we do.
Al-Mizan Temple wishes to thank the Deputy of the Desert for his tireless efforts in making Al-Mizan Temple a reality. Our team would also like to thank our Deputy for the Desert, Jacqueline (@jdavispc) Davis for her ongoing support and devotion to the Desert of Mississippi.
